Coliving is a community living concept for like-minded people to live, work, and play together. Living spaces are well designed, fully furnished, with incidentals and utilities covered by one bill. Catering to various living styles and tastes, the main value of the coliving experience is access to the community.

La Villa brings together between 7 and 12 roommates in real dream properties at 30 minutes maximum from the center of Geneva (15 max from Eaux-Vives or Champel).
All are united around a common passion and values: goodwill, team spirit and enthusiasm. All roommates are chosen and co-opted for their motivation to live in the community
All our houses are modern, recently refurbished and fully equipped house. They all bring outdoor areas
They all provide large living spaces (double kitchen, living room, games room, TV room) and multiple areas of well-being and relaxation (heated swimming pool, Sauna, Gym , terraces and/or balconies).
